Xeniya Bykova

Member of the Supervisory Board - Chief Financial Officer of the Group

Xeniya graduated from City University of London with Master's degree in Investment Management. She holds a number of professional qualifications in accounting, treasury and international taxation, including accreditation in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation (APCIT) from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) and Finance Specialist degree from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Prior to joining ERG, Xeniya was Deputy Head of Budgeting Department at ENRC Plc in London and headed Credit and Debit Cards Department at Sberbank Kazakhstan.

Xeniya has held senior management positions at ERG Amsterdam since the Group was founded in 2014, including Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis Department (FP&A), Head of Group Business Analytics Department and Deputy of Group Chief Financial Officer. She was appointed as International CFO – Deputy of Group Chief Financial Officer in November 2022.
