The main goal of our system of selection of candidates — to provide the enterprises of the Eurasian Group with qualified employees with the necessary skills and competencies to achieve the set business goals. The main goal in the field of training and development of the Company's personnel is the formation and maintenance of the required level of qualification of managers and specialists, taking into account modern requirements and development prospects.
