Prepares and implements investment projects of the Group in Kazakhstan. The Company aims at managing project risks, developing plans for reducing key uncertainties and improving safety engineering, working out optimal technical and business solutions for enterprises of the Group, and developing a strategy for implementation of major capital projects.
