Daniyar Rakhmatullayev

Deputy General Director for Strategy and Development

Daniyar Ravshanovich joined ERG in 2014 as Head of the Budgeting and Economic Analysis Department. During his tenure with the Group, he has held a number of senior management positions, including Deputy General Director for Finance. From July 2026 until this appointment, Daniyar Ravshanovich served as Deputy General Director for Technology and Operations of Eurasian Group LLP.

ERG remains consistently focused on further business development, operational efficiency, and the implementation of its strategic priorities. Daniyar Ravshanovich’s expertise in strategic management, finance, and operations will be instrumental in achieving these objectives and will enable him to make a meaningful contribution to the Group’s continued development.

Daniyar Ravshanovich graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Mathematics. He is a recipient of the Bolashak International Scholarship, under which he earned a Master’s degree in Economics from Temple University. He also holds an international certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

For his professional achievements and contribution to the development of the Group, Daniyar Ravshanovich has received an ERG Letter of Appreciation and was awarded the Order of “Enbek Danky” (Labour Glory), Third Class.
