Daniyar Rakhmatullayev

Deputy CEO for Technology and Operations

Daniyar Rakhmatullayev brings extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning and economic analysis.

He graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Mathematics. As a Bolashak International Scholarship Program alumnus, he earned a Master’s degree in Economics from Temple University. He also holds an international IMA certification.

Daniyar Rakhmatullayev joined ERG in 2014 as Head of Budgeting and Economic Analysis. Over the years, he has held a number of senior leadership roles within the Group. Since 2023, he has served as Deputy CEO for Finance at Eurasian Group LLP.

In recognition of his professional achievements and contribution to the development of the Group, Daniyar Rakhmatullayev has received a letter of appreciation from ERG and was awarded the Order of Eŋbek Daŋqy, 3rd Class (“Labour Glory”).
