Deputy General Director, Projects and Development

Ardak Nurazkhanov graduated from the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University Department of Economics and Management at Enterprises with a specialization as an «engineer-economist-manager», and he holds a Master's degree from George Washington University in the USA under the «Bolashak» program.

2001 to 2014

he worked for thirteen years in the mining and metallurgical industry (project management in «Kazzinc» JSC) and in the oil and gas industry (maritime support for construction and operation of offshore fields in the North Caspian Sea at «Caspian Offshore Construction» LLP), progressing from Project Manager to General Director of the company.

2014 to 2021

Prior to joining Eurasian Resources Group, Ardak was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for the last seven years in management consulting.

2021 to 2023

He joined Eurasian Resources Group in October 2021 as General Director of «ERG Capital Projects» LLP to implement large capital projects and develop the functional center for capital construction.

In 2023

In January 2023, Mr. Nurazkhanov was appointed Deputy General Director for Projects and Development at Eurasian Resources Group with additional supervision over «ERG Exploration» LLP and new development projects.
