Eurasian Group LLP

The history of the Eurasian Group goes back to 1994, when shareholders of the Company acquired the first asset in Kazakhstan. Since then, ERG has become one of the world’s leading diversified mining and smelting groups with fully integrated mining, processing, energy production, logistical and marketing operations.

The Eurasian Group manages the following production assets of ERG in Kazakhstan: TNC Kazchrome, the Sokolov-Sarbai Mining Production Association (SSGPO), Aluminium of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan Aluminium Smelter (KAS), Eurasian Energy Corporation (EEC), Shubarkol Komir,Transcom LLP, 3-Energoortalyk and ERG Service; these are the country's largest enterprises, which together make a significant contribution to the economy of Kazakhstan.
